Dear Poul, Katrine and Kristian, we are really sorry about Jette. To us, Jette was more than a friend, she was a mother, a confidant, a sister, an auntie, and she's been missed and will be immensely missed. Not only was she a caring wife, mother, grandmother, teacher and friend, but she was also a woman of great courage and strong determination. Witty, fun, wise, brave, strong principled, the list of adjectives is infinite. She never forgot any of our birthdays, and would send birthday cards, postcards every single year. And every single year we were also expecting her phone call to make arrangements to come to Barcelona. We were lucky enough to visit her family and her beautiful summer House in 2005, of which we keep very fond memories. And after that she became busier as a grandmother, she couldn't stop talking about her family, and was so proud of them. Our sincere condolences. Jette, our viking friend, we love you and will be seeing you at Tapa Tapa. Thanks for all your love.
